Adv. Reshef is one of Israel’s leading real-estate attorneys in the facilitation of all aspects of Pinui-Binui and Tama 38 projects. She has extensive experience in planning and executing complex real-estate transactions, including combination transactions, complementary lands, public tenders, counsel, promotion and support for complex re-parcellation plans, counseling, accompanying and promoting rezoning plans and complex re-parcellation plans. She is a member of the Israel Bar Association’s Title and Urban Renewal committees, lectures in various real-estate forums and was selected as one of Israel’s Top-70 urban renewal influencers. She was accredited as a lawyer in Israel in 2003.
