Urban Renewal
Our firm leads the Israeli urban renewal industry and provides legal support and counsel to both private individuals and developers in all areas of urban renewal, including pinui-binui, ibui-binui, completing land, mobility of rights, and NOP 38 (TAMA 38). The legal support is provided from early formulation stages through to the completion and delivery of the new apartments to its owners. Our firm is among the only firms in Israel to have successfully completed such projects (more than 130 projects) and delivering them to the developers or buyers. The firm’s accumulated expertise and experience in completing these projects has made it a leading firm on a national scale in this area of practice.
Real Estate Taxation
The firm has extensive experience and strategic perspective in all aspects of the various real estate taxation (acquisition, betterment, VAT) in varied real estate transactions, including the acquisition and sale of real estate properties, acquisition groups, urban renewal transactions (NOP 38 and pinui-binui), combination transactions, mobility of rights, and Real Estate Union transactions. The firm’s team collaborates and coordinates with different government entities to carry out such transactions in the most precise, financially accurate, and proper manner for its clients. The firm’s activities in this field are accompanied by pre-signature planning and, if required, pre-ruling decision making, reports, drafting of agreements, writing opinions, preparation of self-assessments, and representation in various proceedings and courts, including objection and appeal proceedings.
