About Fetcherr

Building the Next Generation of Enterprise AI

Fetcherr is an Israeli deep-tech company building a new generation of AI for business decision-making and revenue optimization in the world’s most complex and fast-moving markets.
While today’s AI revolution is mainly associated with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools, Fetcherr takes a different technological path: AI built to understand market behavior, predict market shifts, and make optimal commercial decisions in real time.
At the core of the technology is the Market Model, a proprietary, patent-protected model grounded in advanced deep learning research. It analyzes billions of signals, including supply and demand, competitor pricing, inventory availability, seasonality, events, and shifting economic conditions, without using any personal consumer data.
By combining highly granular, accurate demand forecasting, advanced simulations, and continuous optimization, the technology helps organizations make millions of smart commercial decisions every day. Every decision is aligned with the business goals the organization has set, with transparent reasoning and human oversight built in.
Already operating at global scale, Fetcherr’s technology helps leading companies improve their business performance, with an average revenue uplift of around 7%. It delivers precise demand forecasting, automates complex processes, and adapts quickly to market changes.
Fetcherr started out in the airline industry, where it works with leading international carriers including Delta Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, WestJet, Viva Aerobus, and Azul. It is now expanding into other industries defined by high commercial complexity, including logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, car rental, and hospitality.
Fetcherr was founded in 2019 by Roy Cohen (CEO), Robi Nisan (CSO), and Dr. Uri Yerushalmi (Chief AI Officer), bringing together decades of expertise across AI research, deep learning, and algorithmic trading. In 2024, Fetcherr was ranked among the top five companies on Calcalist’s list of the 50 Most Promising Startups.
The company is experiencing rapid global expansion and currently employs approximately 280 professionals, over 150 of whom are based at its Israeli R&D centers in Tel Aviv and Netanya. With international hubs in the United States and Poland, the company welcomed more than 100 new team members over the past year alone.
Fetcherr is backed by leading global venture funds, including Salesforce Ventures, Battery Ventures, and Left Lane Capital. These investments accelerate ongoing R&D operations, deepen proprietary AI architectures, and fuel rapid expansion into key international markets.

AI at the Core: From Breakthrough Research to a Product with Global Impact

At Fetcherr, AI is not a cosmetic feature layered onto an existing workflow—it is the bedrock upon which the entire company is built.
For team members, this means working at the bleeding edge of AI research and engineering, transforming sophisticated mathematical theories and algorithmic models into production-grade systems that directly guide millions of mission-critical commercial decisions in real time.
The work combines applied research, experimentation, and the development of algorithms and global-scale systems, alongside tackling complex technological and commercial challenges. Teams across the company enjoy broad professional and research freedom, direct involvement in shaping the product, and the ability to lead initiatives from the proof-of-concept (POC) stage all the way to deployment with international clients.
The organizational culture encourages curiosity, independent thinking, and cross-disciplinary knowledge sharing. Employees are invited to challenge existing assumptions, initiate projects, and actively influence both the technological and business direction of the company.

A Culture of Initiative, Innovation, and Impact

Fetcherr’s workplace culture and day-to-day operations are grounded in four core values that guide how the team works and grows. First, Everyone Matters puts employees at the center, cultivating an open, supportive, and collaborative environment built on direct communication, mutual respect, and flat organizational structures where every voice carries weight. Second, being Mission-Driven reflects a deep commitment to the company’s collective success, encouraging personal initiative and accountability alongside collaborative teamwork. Third, Continuous Innovation drives teams to challenge legacy paradigms, pursue rigorous inquiry, and deploy state-of-the-art AI methodologies across all domains. Alongside these stands Customer Centricity, which focuses on delivering measurable commercial ROI and tangible value for enterprise partners through agile, precise, and proactive execution.

People First: Growth, Flexibility, and Wellbeing

Fetcherr views its people as the driving force behind its growth, actively cultivating an environment where employees can grow professionally, experiment with advanced technologies, and build long-term careers. The comprehensive benefits framework includes a structured stock options program, an annual personal learning budget, an expanded dining stipend, and continuous paths for both personal and professional development.
The company operates on a hybrid work model rooted in trust, flexibility, and genuine work-life balance. Over the past year, Fetcherr established an additional hub in Tel Aviv alongside its Netanya office. This two-hub model gives employees greater choice and accessibility, while maintaining collaborative physical spaces designed to foster meaningful interpersonal connection, teamwork, and cross-team synergy.
Workforce diversity is an integral pillar of Fetcherr’s DNA. The team brings together diverse perspectives from high-tech, academia, scientific research, and traditional enterprise industries, with ages ranging from 23 to 73.
Approximately 20% of employees reside in peripheral areas and cities distant from central Israel, and 13% are new immigrants (Olim Chadashim), who receive dedicated integration mentorship and support with Hebrew studies (Ulpan). This deep sense of belonging and mutual trust is also reflected in recruitment: roughly half of all new team members who joined over the past year arrived through the company’s employee referral program.

Community and Social Impact

Fetcherr’s responsibility toward its employees and society translates into concrete action, particularly during challenging times.
With approximately 15% of the company’s workforce actively serving extended IDF reserve duty, Fetcherr provides an extensive support network: complete professional backup throughout active deployment, a smooth and flexible return to routine, and dedicated personal and logistical care for their families on the home front.
Alongside internal support, Fetcherr runs community and social impact initiatives year-round, driven by the conviction that commercial and technological success goes hand in hand with Social responsibility.
These efforts include hands-on volunteer days-such as rebuilding and outfitting homes damaged during the Swords of Iron war - donations of equipment and technology to frontline units, and ongoing partnerships with nonprofit organizations such as Gvahim and Shavot.
Fetcherr brings together cutting-edge AI research, global business impact, and an organizational culture where people can take initiative, lead, and grow. The company is not merely refining how enterprises operate today - it is building the technological infrastructure that empowers them to make decisions and manage their business in the era of AI.
