Education:	In 1999, he started studying for a degree in business administration with a specialization in finance in IDC Herzliya. Towards the end of his degree, he started studying law in the Ramat Gan Academic Center for Law.

During his studies and after graduating, he worked in the communication company Malam Team. In the framework of his work in this company he was promoted and fulfilled various and senior roles.

Adv. Behar has, in addition to his LL.B., also a B.A., Business Administration with a specialization in finance.

In the framework of his work in Malam Team, he managed employees and budgets as an independent profit and loss unit. In the framework of his roles, he led transactions with leading entities in the economy.

He also served as CEO of the Israel Karate Association for several years.

Adv. Behar specializes in and practices maritime and aviation law, commercial law, Hi-Tech and real estate. Concurrently, he serves as a legal counselor for several real estate companies and some of the largest and leading commercial companies in Israel.

He appears daily before courts of all levels.

Adv. Behar serves in various public offices. Inter alia, in the framework of his activity in the Israel Bar Association he served as Deputy Chairperson of the Banking Committee and a member of the Presidential Board, and as Deputy Chairperson of the International Organizations Committee. He Still serves as a member of the Israel Bar Association's Internship Committee. He currently serves as V. Chairperson of the Israel Bar Association's Title and Real Estate Committee, and as Chairperson of the Israel Bar Association's Haifa District's Intellectual-Commercial Committee, Municipal Tax Committee, and Cooperatives Committee. Adv. Behar also serves, inter alia, as a lecturer.
