Education:	LL.M., Commercial Law, Tel Aviv University in cooperation with UC Berkely. Over the years he underwent numerous professional trainings, such as entrepreneurship and mediation courses and directors and arbitrators certifications.

Adv. Kleinboim served as Deputy Commander of the Construction Unit in the IAF's Technical School in Haifa and was honorably discharged at the rank of a captain.

He brings to the table a unique combination: expertise in the international real estate arenas alongside with vast knowledge and professional experience in real estate development. He is considered to be one of Israel's leading lawyers in the practice of international investments and REITs. Furthermore, Kleinboim is one of the pillars who contributed considerably to the growth of this field in Israel, through creative solutions for substantiating the collaterals that investors in the projects receive.

Over the past 7 years, Kleinboim has been accompanying Israel's largest and leading alternative investment funds. Nowadays he is entrusted with dozens of REITs and projects. He also serves as the trustee for investment funds and projects amounting to NIS 1 billion.

In 2018, he joined the firm as a managing partner together with Adv. Daniel Behar.
