What are the company’s main challenges in the coming years?
There is no shortage of challenges. The biggest challenges we face as management are maintaining and improving the group’s profitability, while of course continuing to preserve the strong, high-quality, and professional reputation of Gadish Group in all its areas of operation.
What are your recommendations for a manager at the beginning of their career?
Diligence and hard work are very important, but what will make you different, and a leader, is curiosity and listening. Constantly learn and acquire more knowledge. As the saying goes, “Knowledge is power.”
What is important to remember even during difficult times?
During difficult times, it is very important to keep things in the proper perspective. You are not going to bed hungry, and you are not sleeping on the street. It is important to be grateful for what you do have.
