What recent key move did you lead?
A case that has been conducted in court for the last two years, in which I represent a father that is battling for his legal right regarding his special needs son. After an expert was appointed by the court, and an appeal was filed to the Great Rabbinical Court, an equal time distribution was determined. Additionally, the mother’s request to relocate her and the child’s place of residence to an 80 km remote location was rejected after a long legal battle, because this relocation does not allow for an equal shared custody between the parents.

Expanding the firm’s practice areas in the field of inheritance disputes, where the firm’s reputation precedes it in this field as well.
What are the main challenges facing the firm in the next few years?
Increasing the scope of firm’s parental alienation cases as well as the firm’s complex inheritance dispute cases.
What would you recommend to an up-and-coming executive?
On top of being an uncompromised professional expert it is important to be humane and provide good service, since the clients are an attorney’s best ambassadors.
What should one remember during hardships?
A river cuts through a rock not because of its power but because of its persistence. Persistence and adherence to the goal – will ultimately lead to results.
