Professionalism, innovation, providing personal and individual service and above all – initiating proactive legal actions. We make it our concern that every client receives active support in promoting his affairs and thus maximizing rights in every deal.

What are the main measures carried out recently that will lead to the strengthening of the firm in the coming years?

Positioning the firm as a leading entity in everything related to the real estate, planning and building sector. Leading and being involved in planning procedures that will enlarge the supply of apartments in Israel and provide a solution to the most burning and common subject in Israel today.

Maintaining existing activities and continuing to support the largest and most complex projects in Israeli real estate. Consolidating the firm's position with quality human resources and placing emphasis on hiring excellent lawyers for the firm and attracting a young and high quality work force, which will boost growth the growth of the firm in the coming years.

What are the main challenges facing the firm in the coming years?

To maintain the firm's position as a major entity on the legal-real estate landscape and adapt activities to changes in the various fields interfacing with the work of the firm and/or having an influence on – regulation, legislation, court rulings, by way of innovation.

What advice would you offer a young lawyer who is starting out?

An excellent lawyer is somebody who first and foremost makes the effort to study and learn new material on a regular basis and thus be up to date concerning the frequent legislative and regulatory changes in the State of Israel. The great thing about an excellent lawyer is the ability to provide the client with access to professional and up to date services of the very highest level.
