Transactions: The department leads all real estate transactions, focusing on complex deals and representing entrepreneurs and landowners in purchase, sale, combination, and construction orders. Planning and Construction: The department provides legal services to developers, contractors, property owners, and private clients in plan approval procedures, obtaining building permits, and representation before planning and construction committees at local, district, and national levels. It handles objections to plans and permits, zoning changes, eviction-building, and new neighborhood projects, maximizing land rights utilization. The department specializes in claims for diminution in value (s. 197 of the Taxation Law), appeals for improvement levies, and expropriation procedures, representing clients before planning institutions, appeal committees, and courts.
Urban Renewal: The largest and leading department in Israel for large-scale urban renewal projects. Israel Land Authority (ILA): The department handles everything related to the Israel Land Authority, including accompanying sales and purchase transactions on private lands, and lands managed by ILA, maximizing client rights according to ILA decisions, including the Council of Israel Land Authority decisions, ILA regulations, and management decisions. The department handles ILA issues for right holders, including long-term leases, farmers, transactions with kibbutzim and moshavim, homesteads, auxiliary farms, return transactions, ownership transfers, zoning changes, and utilization.
Registration: Responsible for the registration aspect related to any real estate transaction and accompanying a real estate project, such as registration of condominiums, registration of ownership/lease rights, mortgages, easements, warning notes, handling objections and appeals against decisions of the Land Registry Office.

Public Activity

The firm engages in various public activities, including government meetings, participation in Knesset committees, chairing Israel Bar Association committees, and delivering lectures at universities and conferences.
