What recent key move did you lead?
I recently supported my father, the firm’s founder, in his separation from his long-standing partner of many years. It was a time of change, which required complex decision making on the one hand, and maintaining the stability of the firm and its staff on the other. It was both a personal and a professional process that required a balance between respecting the past and building the future.

What are the firm’s strongest attributes?
Our key strength is our staff – tenured, experienced, with highly regarded professionals in the fields of engineering and appraisal. At the same time, we are characterized by quality teamwork built on collaboration, mutual responsibility, and commitment to the highest professional standards.

What are the main challenges facing the firm in the next few years?
Combining AI technology into our day-to-day work. This process requires learning and adapting, but holds huge potential to significantly improve precision, effectiveness, accuracy, and service. The challenge will be in properly implementing these new tools without giving up our leading values.
