What recent key move did you lead?
A creation of significant awareness at a company's employees' entering an insolvency event and leading them to the recognition of their own importance in the success of the process and their influence on all of its stakeholders.

What are the firm’s strongest attributes?
The realization that it's all about people. The jump-start, the process it-self and the solutions, are based on personal involvement. When we recognize the needs, limits and goals of each party and how to put them together – we have a hit.

Which of the firm’s recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?
The investment in the firms' human resource. Cross organizational processes-lead in the spirit of my vision.

What are the main challenges facing firm in the next few years?
To maintain our boutique size- our effectiveness and personal attention, which create a sense of an elite unit.

What would you recommend an up and coming executive?
Always have a plan and plan ahead, use it like a road-map. Check your plan as you advance, in order to look around and verify that you are still on course and that the plan still applies to the goal.
And most important of all – have faith, observe and learn from everything that the road provides. 

What should one remember during hardships?
Success is a journey, not a destination, and the only failure is when you stop trying.
