About IVIX
Financial authorities face economic activity that takes place outside conventional reporting systems, including hidden assets, complex networks, and gaps between the information available to them and the reality on the ground. IVIX develops an AI-based system that helps governments and authorities uncover this activity and support investigations into financial crime.
The system combines LLMs, open-source intelligence (OSINT), graph analysis, and expertise in financial investigations. The integration of these capabilities is designed to help investigators identify previously unknown connections and patterns, adapt investigations to specific missions, and expand their ability to examine complex financial activity. The technology supports investigators in focusing their work, while the needs of government authorities inform product development from the initial concept through implementation.
Uncovering Billions of Dollars in Hidden Assets
The challenge IVIX addresses is not only technological. Uncovering hidden economic activity can help authorities strengthen enforcement, reduce tax gaps, and protect public resources. This places the product at the intersection of data, investigation, and public policy.
The company was founded in 2020 by Matan Fattal, CEO and Co-Founder, and Doron Passov, COO and Co-Founder. Headquartered in New York, IVIX also operates a development center in Israel. The company employs approximately 80 people across Israel, the United States, Europe, South America, and Asia, and has raised $85 million in two funding rounds. During its six years of operation, IVIX has helped uncover hidden financial assets worth billions of dollars worldwide.
Connecting Professional Disciplines
IVIX brings together a range of professional disciplines, including artificial intelligence, product development, security, taxation, and financial investigations. The company is led by experts in these fields, and its day-to-day work is based on collaboration across teams, departments, and countries. For development and product professionals, this means dealing with complex problems that do not necessarily have a single concrete solution, while maintaining a direct connection to customer needs and real-world use of the system.
The use of artificial intelligence is not limited to product development. Employees explore new tools and models and incorporate them into their work, alongside workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives. This creates an environment in which employees can learn, experiment, and propose new approaches to solving problems as part of the regular workflow rather than as a separate activity.
Responsibility, Feedback, and Collaboration
The company’s working culture combines professional capability with curiosity, initiative, and teamwork. Responsibility does not end with completing a task. It also includes meeting commitments, aligning expectations, identifying gaps, and seeing work through to completion. At the same time, the company encourages direct communication and feedback, based on the belief that improvement comes from listening to colleagues, managers, and customers.
An Employee Experience Built on Connection
The work routine includes weekly gatherings, shared dinners, and happy hours, alongside recognition of important milestones in employees’ lives. The company also organizes team-building activities, company retreats, wellness weeks, and children’s days at the office. These activities complement a professional environment in which every employee is expected to take responsibility while also working as part of a team distributed across multiple countries.
