Igal Alon Group is a leading real estate group specializing in urban renewal. The group is engaged in the management, supervision, and execution of tens of thousands of housing units in residential and urban renewal projects, infrastructure works, and public buildings throughout Israel. With over a decade of proven experience in the real estate and construction sectors, the group’s mission is to help apartment and property owners realize the dream of urban renewal, providing leadership in supervision and confidence throughout the renewal process.

Areas of Activity

Igal Alon was established in 2014 and operates in two principal capacities: tenant representation and organization in urban renewal projects, and construction supervision services for apartment owners, public authorities, and public institutions.

Urban Renewal - The group leads the entire urban renewal process on behalf of apartment and property owners, from its inception through the completion of the statutory warranty period. Its involvement begins with the very first meeting with apartment owners seeking to initiate an urban renewal project. As part of this process, the company conducts owners’ meetings, assists in appointing tenant representatives, and assembles a professional team on behalf of the owners, including, among others, a lawyer, a construction supervisor, a tenants’ appraiser, and, in certain cases, an architect. Led by Igal Alon, the team prepares a comprehensive developer tender based on the project’s specific requirements. The group collects developers’ proposals and works to maximize the owners’ rights through a competitive selection process. The results of the tender process are presented to the owners, who then select the developer. The group’s role does not end once a developer is chosen. It continues to serve as the owners’ construction supervisor throughout the project to ensure that every contractual commitment is implemented in practice. Owing to its extensive experience, the group succeeds in streamlining and accelerating urban renewal processes in an exceptional manner, to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Over the years, the group has accompanied and continues to accompany approximately 27,000 apartment owners (as of 2025) across central Israel and the Sharon region, as well as from Haifa in the north to Be’er Sheva in the south.

Construction Supervision - Igal Alon Group provides professional construction supervision services in the fields of construction and infrastructure development. Its clients include public entities, public institutions, health funds, educational institutions, local authorities, and others. In this capacity as well, the group’s core activity remains urban renewal. Its construction supervisors accompany thousands of apartment owners throughout Israel. Supervision services are provided from the preparation of technical specifications during the pre-contract stage, through design reviews and construction monitoring, and continue through the warranty-period repair stage.

Proven experience! – Igal Alon Group has completed and delivered dozens of occupied projects (as of 2026), covering the full range of urban renewal frameworks, from TAMA 38/1 building reinforcement projects, through demolition-and-reconstruction projects under TAMA 38/2, to large-scale and complex high-rise evacuation-and-redevelopment projects. In all cases, the group has represented apartment and property owners throughout the entire process, and in most projects through the completion of the warranty period.

Company Management

Alon Vaizberg, Co-CEO and Head of Business Development – Alon is married to Rotem and is the father of two children. He resides in Ramat HaSharon. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Ariel University and an M.A. in Law. He is a certified internal auditor and a graduate of the Urban Renewal Social Advisory Program conducted by the Government Authority for Urban Renewal.
Alon is an expert in negotiations and has been involved in the management, planning, and execution of thousands of housing units throughout Israel.
He was selected for the list of the 40 Promising Young Leaders in Urban Renewal. Alon lectures on urban renewal and construction supervision at academic institutions and numerous local authorities.
In his public capacity, Alon serves as the founder and chairman of the Urban Renewal Organizers Association and works extensively to advance and regulate the status of urban renewal organizers through Knesset committees and industry forums.
He completed permanent military service in the Nahal Brigade and currently serves as an active combat reservist, having completed hundreds of reserve duty days since 7 October in operations along Israel’s northern border and deep inside Lebanon.

Igal Eliahu, Co-CEO and Head of Construction Supervision – Igal is married to Anastasia and is the father of four children. He resides in Ra’anana. He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ariel University and is a certified construction and infrastructure site manager.
A member of a longstanding family of contractors, Igal grew up on construction sites and acquired practical knowledge of construction execution from an early age. He began his professional career operating heavy engineering equipment and later managed the construction and execution of dozens and hundreds of housing units. With two decades of experience in the construction and real estate industries, Igal has twice been recognized as one of the 70 Most Influential Figures in Urban Renewal.
He lectures on construction supervision and urban renewal at academic institutions and local authorities across Israel. A Major (Res.), Igal is a graduate of the company commanders’ course and serves as an active combat reservist, having completed hundreds of reserve duty days since 7 October in combat operations in the Gaza Strip.
