Areas of Activity

Igal Alon was established in 2014 and operates in two capacities: project management on behalf of apartment owners in urban renewal projects as well as construction supervision for apartment owners, local authorities, and public institutions.

Project Management - The group manages projects for apartment and property owners from the very beginning of the journey and into the new apartment. The journey always begins with the apartment owners, long before the developer and contractor are even in the picture. As part of the service, the company conducts assembly of apartment owners, appointing repre-sentatives, forming a professional team which includes, a lawyer, a construction inspector, tenant appraiser, and in some cases an architect.

The team, led by Igal Alon, prepares an RFP (request for proposal) and send it to various developers. The group collects the RFP’s proposals and works to maximize the owners’ share within the framework of a bidding war among the developers.

Bidding results are presented to the owners for approval and then the owners select the developer. The dervice does not end at this stage, it later also serves as a construction inspector on the project on behalf of the owners to make sure that each section of the contract is indeed implemented. In light of its rich experience in the field, the group manages to optimize and speed up the process of urban renewal in an exceptional way to the satisfaction of all parties. Over the years, the group has accompanied approx. 24,000 apartment owners (as of 2025) across Israel.

Construction Supervision - Igal Alon provides professional construction supervision services in the fields of residential construction and infrastructure. The group’s clients in this area include public institutions, HMO’s, local authorities, and many others. Even in this capacity, the core of the group’s activity is in the field of urban renewal, and the group’s construction inspectors accompany thousands of apartment owners all over the country. The supervision is carried out starting from the stage of preparing the technical specifications (pre-contract) through planning inspections in the process, the execution of the construction up to the revisions of the inspection year.

Significant experience! – Igal Alon Group has over 15 populated projects (as of 2025) in all variety form TAMA 38/1 for a single building up to complex and multi-story Pinui Binui compounds, and in all of them Igal Alon accompanies the apartment and property owners all through the process.

Company Management

Alon Vaizberg, co-CEO and Business Development Field Manager – Alon (36), married to Rotem and father of Ido and Yonatan, has extensive experience in accompanying and promoting urban renewal projects for tenants before local authorities, planning committees, and professionals. He is responsible for the promotion of thousands of housing units. Holds a master’s degree in law (M.A.) from Bar Ilan University, a mediator’s certificate, and has been certified as an internal auditor. In addition to his professional activities, Alon volunteers in various community associations. Alon served in the Nahal Brigade in permanent service and serves as an active reservist in a combat unit.

Igal Eliahu, Co-CEO and Construction Inspection Field Manager – Igal (38), married to Anastasia and father of Lian, Topaz, Lavi and Kfir, Has over two decades of experience in the world of construction and real estate and was chosen as one of the 70 most influential people in urban renewal. Holds a master’s degree in business (M.B.A.) from Ariel University and is an expert and a certified foreman for building and infrastructure. Igal is a Major (res.), a graduated of thr Company Commander Courseand and an active reservist in a combat unit.

Acting on Behalf of the Tenants

Igal Alon Group is unique in that it only represents apartment and property owners in urban renewal projects, and will never represent developers and contractors, a combination that may lead to conflicts of interest. Apartment and property owners are viewed by the group as partners in the project, and the group does everything it can to ensure the project is promoted in the fastest and most effective manner.
