Past positions: Served as a consultant of the Ra'anana Economic Development Company, lecturer to the business sector of Bank Leumi and The Israel Bar Association. Served as a lecturer for real estate appraisal and in courses of mortgage consultants in The Tnufa College in Kfar Saba. Managed and supervised the construction of residential buildings and low-rise houses.
Education: B.A., Geography (expertise in city planning), graduated from the Appraisal and Real Estate Management program – Tel Aviv University; Graduated from the registered contractor level 100 course, Hadera College; Certified Real Estate Appraiser since 2000.

Professional Experience:
Started his professional career as an appraiser in 2000 and founded the company in 2009. Over the years, the company expanded its fields of operations and it currently provides a range of land appraisal services including consulting and valuation services for public and private companies, courts, The Israel Lands Authority, law firms, developers, construction contractors, foreign investors, private clients and more.
Israel is included in the expert list of the Israeli courts, and on the appraiser lists of the Chief Government Appraiser and the Israel Land Authority. Member of the Israel Lands Appraisers Chamber and the Academy for Land Appraisal Research and Application in Israel.
