Klein & Co. is one of the leading and prominent law firms in Israel in the fields of energy and infrastructure. The unique boutique firm was founded by Adv. Anat Klein, who previously headed the energy and infrastructure department at Gross & Co. (today Goldfarb, Gross, Seligman). Prior to that, Anat served as Chief Legal Advisor of Ashdod Refinery, one of the two refineries in Israel. Before that, she served as Head of Division in the Israeli Competition Authority and was in charge, inter alia, of the energy and infrastructure sectors.

THE PARTNERS
Adv. Anat Klein, Founding Partner - heads the firm and specializes in the fields of energy and infrastructure, as well as competition law. Anat advises clients in Israel and abroad on a wide range of legal issues in the various fields of energy and infrastructure, such as franchise agreements, tenders, BOT, PPP & PFI agreements, GSPAs, EPC & O&M agreements and more. Anat was selected leading attorney in the field of energy by Chambers & Partners in 2017 to 2023 (inclusive) and as Leading Individual by Legal500 for 2020 to 2023 (inclusive). Anat holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a graduate of energy courses from Oxford and Princeton universities. Anat is a member of the Bar Association since 1999.
Adv. Dana Tal, Partner - specializes in the fields of energy and infrastructure and accompanies transactions on a wide range of topics, including construction and operation of private power plants, renewable energy projects, purchase, supply and distribution of electricity and natural gas, roads and railroads projects, desalination projects, and more. Prior to joining the firm, Dana served as a partner in the Energy and Infrastructure department at Gross & Co., and before that, Dana served for over six years in the Military Advocate General’s Corps as a prosecutor and a legal advisor. Dana holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from Tel Aviv University and is a member of the Bar Association since 2009.
Adv. Lana Elner, Partner - specializes in the fields of energy and infrastructure and stands out for her expertise and particularly extensive experience in the solar industry in Israel and worldwide. Lana accompanies clients through all project stages, including tenders, financing agreements, planning and zoning, from the initial stages to operation and maintenance. Prior to joining the firm Lana served as legal counsel for many prominent solar companies in the field and advised a wide range of clients. Lana holds an LL.B. and MBA and is a member of the Bar Association since 2005.
Adv. Liat Bergman-Ravid, Partner - Liat specializes in managing litigation cases and has a unique expertise in media litigation, including defamation, privacy protection, copyright, and Internet laws. Liat represents significant players in the communication market, including media companies, newspapers, production companies, websites, news agencies, investigative programs, film, television, and stage productions. Liat also represents the firm’s clients in administrative petitions and petitions to the Supreme Court, as well as in commercial disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Liat was a legal adviser at the NMC United Group and a senior attorney at Gross & Co.. Liat holds an LL.B from Tel Aviv University and is a member of the Bar Association since 2009.
Adv. Gilad Peretz, Partner - Gilad has extensive expertise and legal knowledge in the fields of planning and zoning, the regulations in Judea and Samaria, and energy and infrastructure. Gilad advises clients on a wide range of legal issues, such as renewable energy projects, natural gas, wastewater treatment facilities, waste disposal sites and more, and provides legal support throughout the entire life cycle of a project. Prior to joining the firm, Gilad served for over 12 years with the Military Advocate General Corps in various roles, as a criminal prosecutor and as a legal advisor in the Judea and Samaria area. Gilad holds an LL.B. from the Hebrew University and an LL.M. from the Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University, and is a member of the Bar Association since 2011.
