THE PARTNERS
Adv. Anat Klein, Founding Partner, serves as the head of the firm and primarily practices in the areas of energy and infrastructure, as well as competition law. Prior to establishing the firm, Anat served as Head of the Energy and Infrastructure Department at Gross & Co. (now Goldfarb, Gross, Seligman). Prior thereto, Anat served as Chief Legal Advisor to Ashdod Refinery. Prior thereto, she served as Head of Division at the Israeli Competition Authority and was responsible, inter alia, for the energy and infrastructure sectors. Anat advises clients in Israel and abroad on a broad range of legal matters across the energy and infrastructure sectors, including franchise agreements, tenders, BOT, PPP & PFI agreements, GSPAs, EPC & O&M agreements, and additional related agreements and matters. Anat was recognized as a leading attorney in the field of energy by Chambers & Partners for the years 2017 to 2025 (inclusive) and as a Leading Individual by Legal500 for the years 2020 to 2025 (inclusive). Anat holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a graduate of energy courses from Oxford and Princeton universities. Anat has been a member of the Bar Association since 1999.
Adv. Dana Tal, Partner - practices in the fields of energy and infrastructure and accompanies transactions across a broad range of matters, including the construction and operation of private power plants, renewable energy projects, the purchase, supply and distribution of electricity and natural gas, roads and railroads projects, desalination projects, and additional related matters. Prior to joining the firm, Dana served as a partner in the Energy and Infrastructure Department at Gross & Co.; prior thereto, Dana served for over six years in the Military Advocate General’s Corps as a prosecutor and legal advisor. Dana holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from Tel Aviv University and has been a member of the Bar Association since 2009.
Adv. Liat Bergman-Ravid, Partner - Liat focuses on the management of litigation matters and has particular expertise in media litigation, including defamation, privacy protection, copyright, and Internet laws. Liat represents significant participants in the communications market, including media companies, newspapers, production companies, websites, news agencies, investigative programs, and film, television, and stage productions. Liat also represents the firm’s clients in administrative petitions and petitions to the Supreme Court, as well as in commercial disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Liat served as a legal adviser at the NMC United Group and as a senior attorney at Gross & Co.. Liat holds an LL.B from Tel Aviv University and has been a member of the Bar Association since 2009.
Adv. Gilad Peretz, Partner - Gilad has extensive expertise and legal knowledge in the fields of planning and zoning, the regulations in Judea and Samaria, and energy and infrastructure. Gilad advises clients on a broad range of legal matters, including renewable energy projects, natural gas, wastewater treatment facilities, waste disposal sites, and additional related matters, and provides legal support throughout the entire life cycle of a project. Prior to joining the firm, Gilad served for over 12 years with the Military Advocate General Corps in various capacities, including as a criminal prosecutor and as a legal advisor in the Judea and Samaria area. Gilad holds an LL.B. from the Hebrew University and an LL.M. from Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University, and has been a member of the Bar Association since 2011.

Since its establishment, Klein & Co. has experienced significant growth, as reflected in the increase in the number of clients and the breadth and variety of projects handled by the team.
