What recent key move did you lead?
Drafting and managing a tender procedure for the construction and operation of a land PV project combined with energy storage, the first of its kind. The legal support included formulating the tender and all the engagement agreements, accompanying clarification requests, selecting the preferred bidder, and more. The tender is unique and complex and covers three different regulatory systems and therefore requires innovative solutions to complex legal issues.

What are the firm's strongest attributes?
A boutique firm is a winning combination of ultimate professional abilities and top-notch expertise, along with a personal attitude and tailor-made solutions.

Which of the firm's recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?
The large scale of the transactions that the firm leads, and the huge variety of clients and legal and business issues that the firm accompanies, equips the firm with exceptional knowledge and with the ability to provide optimal legal advice in the field of energy both in Israel and abroad.

What are the main challenges facing the firm in the next few years?
The Israeli energy market is extremely volatile, affected by innovations, geopolitical occurrences and dramatic price changes. In recent years, the market has experienced a tremendous rise in commodity prices, raw material prices, and transportation costs.
Alongside these, the market is heavily regulated and has complexities of bureaucratic barriers.
Local entrepreneurs face significant challenges and risks, and legal solutions must be found in order for the projects to materialize.

What would you recommend an up and coming executive?
I would encourage every manager, as well as every employee, to love what he does, and to specialize in what he does.
Those who approach work with a smile on their faces, and with uncompromising tools and knowledge - cannot go wrong.

What should one remember during hardships?
Do not focus on a small point on the timeline. As long as we are healthy, everything can be overcome. In most cases, things tend to work out in the long run!
