Laor Gabay Law Office was chosen twice, in a public tender, to provide legal counsel and support in the field of urban renewal to “Iftach” – Kiryat Gat’s Urban Renewal Authority, over a period of about six years.
The firm was also chosen, by the Jerusalem Municipality, to provide legal opinions, including individual legal advice, in the field of urban renewal to any resident of the city who submits inquiries to the “Marom Association” (a subsidiary of the Jerusalem Municipality).
In addition, Adv. Laor, who lectures and publishes articles on urban renewal, was invited by both the Jerusalem Urban Renewal Authority and the National Urban Renewal Authority to give a series of lectures, in recognition of his unique expertise and experience in the field.
Adv. Gabay was appointed as a member of the Bar Association’s Urban Renewal Committee, Jerusalem District, and was also appointed as the Deputy Chair of the Bar Association’s National Urban Renewal Committee.
