What is the most significant move you have led recently?
The main move I led was building the infrastructure for introducing the GEO service to the company’s clients. I identified the revolution created by artificial intelligence as an opportunity for growth rather than merely a technological challenge. By adapting the organizational structure and training our teams, we became one of the first companies in Israel to offer optimization solutions for promotion in AI-driven search engines, establishing our position as pioneers in the field.

What do you see as the company’s key strengths? Our most significant strength is the ability to provide clients with a comprehensive solution under one roof, at the highest professional standard. This model allows us to deliver perfect synergy between different services while maintaining uncompromising quality. The combination of our accumulated experience and technological leadership enables our clients to enjoy peace of mind, knowing they are in the most professional hands.

What key steps have recently been taken that will strengthen the company in the coming years?
The coming years will focus on expansion and professional specialization. Our move to new offices owned by the company provides the infrastructure needed for growth in operational scope and workforce, while maintaining the level of excellence associated with us. We are leveraging the power of automation to streamline processes and deepen relationships with our clients. Our goal is clear: to continue leading the Israeli market while replicating our success in new global markets, alongside continuous learning and improvement of our team’s professional capabilities.

What are the company’s main challenges in the coming years?
Our central challenge is transitioning from a leading company in the local market to a significant player in the global market. Alongside preserving our organizational DNA and standard of excellence during a period of accelerated growth, we must adapt our capabilities and services to business cultures and markets overseas. This requires intellectual flexibility, smart resource management, and the ability to replicate our Israeli success on a broader scale.

What are your recommendations for a manager at the beginning of their career?
My recommendation to a manager at the beginning of their career is to surround themselves with talented individuals and not be afraid to recruit people who are stronger than them in their respective fields. The managerial role is to provide direction and vision, not to try to hold the steering wheel at every moment. In an era of rapid technological change and artificial intelligence, curiosity must become a central working tool, and one must understand that the ability to continuously learn is more important than previously accumulated knowledge. At the same time, it is important to stay attentive to what is happening on the ground and remember that technology and automation are excellent tools, but they will never replace an honest conversation with an employee or a client in order to understand real challenges. Above all, one must act with courage and persistence—dare to take risks, dream big, and demonstrate leadership that looks forward even when the path is not fully paved, while taking calculated risks and refusing to give up when encountering obstacles.

What is important to remember even in difficult times?
In difficult times, it is important to remember that true leadership is measured by the ability to keep one’s gaze on the horizon and recognize that every challenge carries within it an opportunity to reassess direction, become more efficient, and grow from organizational resilience. Fear must not be allowed to dictate decision-making; instead, one must remain committed to the vision and persist with determination. Often, moments of crisis are precisely those that build the experience and professional authority that lead a company to its next achievements. Above all, it is essential to remember that human capital is our most valuable asset. Teams look to leadership for guidance, and therefore maintaining transparency, personal resilience, and cautious optimism is the key to stability, trust, and business continuity even in the most challenging environments.
