Luzon Ronson’s operations in Poland are conducted through its wholly owned subsidiary, Ronson, a leading and highly regarded residential developer in the Polish market. Ronson focuses on the development, construction, and sale of residential real estate, primarily apartment buildings and single-family homes. Over the years, Ronson has developed and sold more than 15,000 units. Its activities focus on four major Polish cities: Warsaw (the company’s principal market), Poznan, Wrocław, and Szczecin. As of today, Ronson holds a land for about 10,000 residential units, with an annual development of about 1,000 units.
Amos Luzon Group – Development and Energy Ltd., the parent company of Luzon Ronson, is also publicly traded and has been listed since 1993. In January 2016, Mr. Amos Luzon made his first major entry into the Israeli capital market by acquiring the company (formerly known as Dori Group). Since then, he has served as its CEO and controlling shareholder. MY UNIK, Ganei Tikva
A development of four residential towers rising 17–18 floors, with each pair designed by a different renowned architect. The project features meticulously planned apartments tailored to the dynamic lifestyles of modern families. Population began in March 2021.

MY UNIK HOME, Ganei Tikva
A prestigious project located in the best area of Ganei Tikva’s new high-end neighborhood. Built to an exceptional standard with striking architectural design and a particularly rich specification. Residents of the neighborhood awarded the building the title “Most Beautiful Building in Ganei Tikva.” Populated in February 2022.

UNIK LIFE, Yehud
A large-scale urban renewal project promoted over 14 years, during which the original residents received close and personal support until receiving their brand-new, high-standard homes, once considered an unreachable dream. Two 13-story towers were built, each containing 50 beautifully designed apartments. Populated in April 2021.

UNIK CARDO, Nahalat Yehuda, Rishon LeZion
An innovative complex in Rishon LeZion’s most prestigious neighborhood, featuring 800 apartments along with retail and office spaces, offering an advanced urban lifestyle. The project is adjacent to parks, schools, and sports facilities, with excellent access to major routes. UNIK, New Neve Savyon, Or Yehuda
A large-scale urban renewal project that offers high quality living for families in the heart of Gush Dan. The new complex, adjacent to the established Neve Savyon neighborhood, will include 11 buildings and 744 new apartments, including 3-5 rooms units, garden apartments, and penthouses. With excellent access to major routes, public transportation, and the Purple Line of the Light Rail. Currently in marketing.

Sde Dov, Tel Aviv
Two Luxury Residential & Commercial Complexes

Central Sde Dov District
A residential development in the heart of the district, spanning approx. 4.4 dunams, located near the beach west of Ibn Gvirol Street. The project includes 340 apartments and 3,500 sq.m. of retail space.

Northern Sde Dov District
An ultra-luxury beachfront development on approx. 2.9 dunams, offering 76 apartments and around 1,100 sq.m. of retail spaces.

Bat Yam – A New Urban District in Ramat HaNasi
A major urban-renewal project establishing a modern district across 51.5 dunams, bordered by HaRav Levy, HaRav Luzon, Yoseftal, Nissenbaum, and Stern Streets. The district will include three complexes comprising 13 buildings with 1,474 new apartments, approx. 7,000 sq.m. of retail areas, and about 11,000 sq.m. of employment spaces, along with public buildings, open areas, large gardens, and diverse public spaces.

Ursus – Warsaw, Poland
In the heart of the revitalized Ursus district, Ronson is developing large-scale projects offering a modern urban living experience that blends nature with city life. With a vibrant community, central location, refined design, and a new residential standard for the future Warsaw.
Total development in Ursus includes about 3,000 residential units, divided as follows: “Ursus Project” which includes 1,511 new apartments and retail areas; “New Ursus” which includes 1,441 residential units and retail space. Both projects offer an ideal living environment for families, young professionals, and investors.

Miasto Moje – Warsaw, Poland
A Ronson developed residential neighborhood in northeast Warsaw featuring a wide mix of apartments and optimal planning. The neighborhood offers green spaces, a warm community, playgrounds, sports and leisure areas, landscaped gardens, and local retail, along with excellent access to central Warsaw via the urban rail system and the Metro M2. The project includes 1,497 new apartments and commercial areas.
