About MNG Urban Renewal

MnG Group is one of the leading urban renewal groups in Israel, with an emphasis on Pinui-Binui projects. Established in 2015, the group’s meteoric success occurred thanks to its unique core values and the experience it has gained over the years. As a result, dozens of projects were initiated in a short timeframe, with five of them already receiving city building plan approvals, and an additional project in Bat Yam in the process of completion and population. MnG’s founders originate from the high-tech and special military forces, bringing a culture of reliability, full transparency, and professionalism to the real estate development sector. As a group specializing in urban renewal initiatives, MnG places the apartment owners at the center, while providing close and full support throughout the entire process, from initial feasibility studies to planning, permitting, construction, and until the final new apartment is delivered. The group’s financial strength allows it to invest more resources than usual in leading work processes for each project. MnG Group is currently promoting and initiating major projects across Israel, including in Ramat Gan, Jerusalem, Rishon LeZion, Ness Ziona, Yehud, Or Yehuda, Holon, Bat Yam, Krayot, and more.

Bringing High-Tech Values into the Real Estate Sector

The group is headed by founders Ran Gaber and Ofer Markovich, former senior engineers and Directors at a high-tech multinational company, bring over a decade of experience in real estate entrepreneurship in Israel, the USA, and Europe. After gaining extensive real estate experience and completing their MBA studies, they established MnG Group, focusing on projects that are renewing full neighborhoods to scale. Their experience in senior high-tech positions led them to bring innovative technologies and processes to the industry, which reduced costs, increased efficiency of execution, and helped ensure the highest standards of quality. These unique capabilities distinguish the group from its competition, turning MnG into one of the most prominent groups in the field of urban renewal, having an impressive portfolio of strategic projects progressing simultaneously.

Customer-First Policy

The MnG Group speaks, lives, and breathes urban renewal. As a result, and beyond the professional aspect, there is a significant human and psychological component that carries great weight within the group, which understands that the success of any project relies, first and foremost, in building a deep relationship based on trust, transparency, and close collaboration between the developer and the apartment owners. This is the only way to carry out a large project that involves dozens (and sometimes hundreds) of families with individual opinions and concerns, which must be addressed with empathy, seriousness, professionalism, and patience. Therefore, apartment owners have full accessibility and the personal phone numbers of the group’s owners and senior managers. Additionally, each project is assigned a project manager, who knows the project inside and out, with the goal of providing quick and efficient responses to all needs arising from the field and advancing the project in the most optimal way through its various stages.

One Stop Shop

The Group brings together all the necessary services for apartment owners, enabling them to realize and maximize their full rights within the framework of urban renewal, upgrading their quality of life, and enhancing their properties. As part of these comprehensive services, the group conducts detailed feasibility studies for each project, promoting a social and professional process to involve all apartment owners in the complex in a unified and cohesive project, which also includes social surveys and a focus on the needs and desires of the owners. The group provides optimal architectural and engineering planning for the approval of the city building plans, facilitates licensing processes to obtain construction permits, and then accompanies the apartment owners through the process of eviction and locating an alternative residence. Finally, the group oversees the construction, supervises the work, and ensures the owners return to their new apartments with complete satisfaction.

Professional Team

Alongside the group’s employees and managers, it is accompanied by top and well known professionals in Israel, from the leading and largest firms: lawyers, accountants, economists, architects, designers, engineers, supervisors, contractors, etc. The group adheres to the strictest standards, ensuring each project receives full attention, leading to successful and efficient completion of each.
