It is the leading firm in Israel in size and know-how in the field of work accidents and National Insurance. The firm even published the leading book on work accidents and professional illnesses. The quality of its lawyers and employees is one of the firm's significant strengths.

What are the main measures carried out recently that will lead to the strengthening of the firm in the coming years?
To provide a response to our clients throughout the country, the firm opened branches and partnerships nationwide. The firm's head branch is in Rehovot with branches in Ashdod and Eilat. The firm also works in partnership with firms in Tel Aviv, Haifa and Tzfat. The firm began a process of organizational consultation to improve and to streamline work procedures in the firm, and especially to improve service to clients.
The firm has also expanded and doubled its work area to take in new lawyers and employees.

To maintain its position as the leading firm in Israel in National Insurance and the remunerations officer.

What advice would you offer a young lawyer who is starting out?
To move onto the studying computer engineering.
Choose an area that you like and specialize in that area. Don't spread yourself over many areas because that will ultimately lead to mediocrity. Specialization is the way to success.
