Real Estate Transactions - Meitar’s real estate department works with some of the largest players in Israel’s commercial and residential real estate markets. The firm advises clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, land use, secured financing, debt restructuring, investment and ownership structures, and development and construction.
