What is the most significant initiative you have led recently?
A substantial expansion of our firm's operations at both offices—Tel Aviv and Haifa—along with a significant increase in the size of our legal team.
What do you consider to be the company's greatest strengths?
Above all, our exceptional professional standards, complemented by efficiency in our work and an unwavering commitment to our clients, which guides everything we do.
What are the key initiatives that have recently been implemented and will strengthen the firm in the years ahead?
We have expanded our legal team and grown both our Tel Aviv and Haifa offices, including relocating our Haifa office to larger, modern premises. These steps were taken in response to significant growth in our workload and a substantial expansion of our client base. They enable us to continue providing comprehensive, practical, and high-quality legal services while responding to our clients' needs efficiently and effectively.
What are the firm's main challenges in the coming years?
The highly competitive nature of the legal profession in general, and of the litigation and real estate sectors in particular. Maintaining the firm's professional strengths and reputation, while recruiting and developing outstanding trainees and young attorneys to support our senior lawyers across the firm's core practice areas.
What advice would you give to a manager at the beginning of their career?
Learn to delegate authority; otherwise, you will never have the time or capacity to lead the organization effectively.
Give credit to the people who have done the hard work and contributed to success.
What is important to remember during challenging times?
Never give up. Every business experiences periods of growth as well as setbacks. There is always another solution to be found—often a more creative one. As the saying goes: "Fear not, My servant Jacob."
