What recent key move did you lead?
I led the company, which is fundamentally an initiation company, to specialize in actual construction and execution. While this was dictated by circumstances, it greatly contributes to the company's professionalism, and would continue to do so in the future.

What are the company’s strongest attributes?

Our company conducts most of the works in-house: Architecture, economics, marketing, management, supervision and execution. We are truly a one-stop-shop. When you are professional in every field, it is difficult to compete with you…

Which of the company’s recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?
The company was founded in Haifa as a pure-play Tama 38 company, but in recent years it has working dynamically in the segment of Pinui-Binui of complexes in Haifa and in Nesher and also in Jerusalem and Bat Yam, areas which now serve as its focal goals.

What are the main challenges facing the company in the next few years?
In general, our main challenges are to remain resilient, strong and lean during this period of global and local uncertainty. And just as important: to remain "hungry" for action and success.

What would you recommend an up-and-coming executive?
The most important thing, in my opinion, is to understand every aspect of the company, be familiar with all of its roles and with every detail. Knowledge is power, and in order to provide creative solutions for problems, one most know the ins-and-outs of the company, god is in the details. Another tip: keep the company lean, there would be ups and downs. In downturns, it would be easier to survive with lower overheads. And the last and most important tip: be flexible and prepared for making quick adjustments. The prices, the customers, the projects and the economic situation are not static, a manager must remain dynamic and move with the flow.

What should one remember during hardships?
The real estate market is a roller coaster with numerous ups, but also quite a few downs and stagnation periods. One must always remember that the darkest hour comes just before the dawn, and not to break down from every movement.
