The “Theodore Menx House” in 11 Vitkin, Haifa, was chosen as one of Israel’s 20 most interesting projects in 2018 by the international Italian design journal Domus. We Don’t Forget Haifa and are Committed to its Renewal

While the group is building across Israel, it was founded in Haifa, loyal and devoted to the city’s development and is considered prominent in it. Among all the complexes the group is renewing in the port city, it is responsible for many renewal complexes on the city’s Moriya Road, which is considered to be the main street of Haifa’s Carmel area. Here, hundreds of apartments will be built above commerce and offices areas.. Despite being densely located along the axis, the projects are unique and include within them
the development of green and serene tree gardens on the back street, so that the residents will benefit from both a central location and a green and peaceful corner.

Building Each Building like it is our last

Each of the group’s projects receives the personal attention of the planning team, while adjusting the design, materials, building and public spaces for the area, the topography and nature of the street and the neighborhood. The meticulous attention to every detail is one of the core values of the group, which approaches each building as if it is the last building it would build and strives for perfection.
For example, the company’s boutique buildings are inspired by classic European design and use unique materials that are not common in modern construction, In the massive complexes, there is a great emphasis on the public space between the buildings to create a perfect environment. Attention is given to human capital and greenery, making it a pleasant area to dwell in, for a home is not just walls; it’s also the atmosphere around it.

The Human Capital

Another major strength of the company is its human capital. The company’s executives and consultants have the psychological acumen to satisfy customers both from the value offering and from listening and emotional intelligence with 100% sensitivity. This has created a very diverse customer base, including customers from poor and wealthy neighborhoods, young and old, through apartment heirs, underprivileged families and PTSD veterans, up to high-net-worth individuals and investors. The company provides an extremely devoted customer service from the contract signing up to the delivery, while finding and creating solutions itself, both for planning and execution matters and transaction closing matters. The essence of company lies in its people; the right to existence belongs to the residents, and they are treated closely as partners along the way and throughout the entire journey.
