What recent key move did you lead?

  1. The execution of Israel’s largest Tama project has started, following a tremendous effort that was invested in order to receive a building permit for the project in record time. The project (The Fichman project in Ramat Aviv) is currently under construction.
  2. The implementation of the “5 Stages Method” which significantly shortens the Tama process. The longest step in Tama is driving the residents to signing a binding agreement with an initiator. The 5 Stages Method shortens this procedure from several years to several months.
