In addition to the thriving and wide activity in commercial litigation and handling of large and substantial cases, I had the opportunity to concentrate a considerable staff from our firm to accompany the State of Israel in the privatization of Israel Military Industries. We represent the Governmental Companies Authority and coordinate the project for them. It is a huge project involving tens of agreements, working with various ministries, private and public organizations. It is a significant challenge for the State and we feel that we are substantially contributing to its promotion.

What would you recommend to a manager at the start of his career?
First of all, outline your own way, believe in it, strive to achieve your goals and excite your subordinates to join you. Nevertheless keep in mind that you were not always a manager. Think about your workers and your environment, listen to their recommendations and requests, give them freedom of action and creativeness. Build a team in which each member feels an integral part. Know how to criticize, be strict and even scold, when necessary but at the same time, do not forget to support, praise and reinforce them.
What should we remember even at difficult times?
Difficult times are a test and when you pass it successfully, you become stronger, tougher and better, Difficult times are a matter of destiny. Not everything in life depends on us. You should recognize it, prepare for those days and know how to contain them. Do not despair but look always for the bright side. Difficult times pass and are replaced by better ones, like the seasons. You should accept success with humility and modesty and at the same time accept disappointments at the right proportions.
