What are the firm’s strongest attributes?
Our service concept and uncompromising aspiration to the most professional service at the highest quality are based on the recognition that, in light of the dynamism and fast pace of changes and innovations in the legal profession, as is the situation today, experience can no longer serve as a good teacher – rather the breaking of conventions, the forward-facing view, the innovation and the creativity. Therefore, my firm champions and believes in innovation and creative thinking as the only success strategy for today's dynamic legal world. Therefore – our firm is committed to these values.

What would you recommend an up and coming executive?
I believe that every lawyer must memorize the content of the "Ramban's Letter", where he summarizes his philosophical approach. The best advice I can offer my friends is to carefully maintain three things, in accordance with the Ramban's recommendation: The removal of anger, the duty of modesty and the way you treat other people.
