Which significant move did you recently lead?
The firm recently underwent a branding process that is meant to strengthen its position as a leading player in the construction loan supervision field. In addition, we increased our high-quality workforce in order to enable the expansion of the firm’s operations.
The workforce was trained as to enable an efficient and fertile cooperation between the firm’s departments, which makes the work more efficient and enables quick response times.
What are the company’s strengths?
Extensive experience in the real-estate market and a specialization in zero reports and financial support (construction loans) supervision, a deep understanding of the clients’ needs in a dynamic market and high-quality personnel providing a personal and client-oriented service with fast response times, turn our firm into one of the market leaders.
What would be the company’s main challenges in the next few years?
Ever since it was founded, the firm is constantly growing its operations, clientele and personnel. Its main challenge is to preserve its unique character as a boutique firm that provides personal services on the hand, while expanding the scope and fields of operations on the other hand.
What would you recommend a manager at the beginning of their path?
Be a manager, and don’t try to do everything on your own, delegate and decentralize authorities, provide good training for your workers, trust them but also learn how to supervise and execute controls. Listen to your workers and clients; treat them with respect and create synergies.
What should one remember also in difficult periods?
We must always emphasize, particularly in difficult periods, the firm’s responsibility towards its clients and employees. We must carefully maintain uncompromising service and quality also during difficult periods.
