Licensing and IP Transactions
Professionals in the Licensing and IP Transactions group bring decades of experience in negotiating, structuring, and completing complex transactions relating to technology and IP, including technology licensing agreements, joint development agreements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. The group advises clients in the academic sector - including universities and hospitals’ technology transfer offices - on “licensing out” IP as well as counseling start-ups and established companies on “licensing in” of technologies from such institutions. Our Insolvency and Restructuring group provides comprehensive legal advice in insolvency proceedings and helps many companies reach recovery, both outside and within the walls of the Court. The group focuses on liquidations, foreclosures, creditors’ arrangements, recovery and bankruptcy proceedings, providing legal and practical assistance to debtors and banks, as well as other leading creditors. In recent years, the group has developed unique offerings for clients in the blockchain and crypto currency space. Led by Israel Bachar and Omer Kelner.
