The group has been active in the development, planning and execution of residential construction and yielding properties projects across Israel for more than 50 years, and is one of Israel’s leading real estate companies. Ir HaYain, Ashkelon – Building 198 apartments.

Agamim, Ashkelon – Building 205 apartments in upscale boutique buildings in the neighborhood of Agamim East.

Ra’anana – Building 60 apartments in an upscale residential complex in the Ra’anana’s new north.

Rambam Neighborhood, Rishon LeZion – Building about 220 apartments + commerce areas in a Pinui-Binui project. The company has obtained the required majority of signatures and is promoting the rezoning plan.
