Ask everything, don’t be afraid to study and explore new areas, not to accept any saying or statement as it is, whether from a contractor, planner or hired professional and carefully examine rules/ regulations/ protocols. Aspire for quality, examine every small detail, and never cut any corners.
What should one remember during hardships?Project management is an interaction between people. One must respect it and listen to every opinion, even if it is unconventional or irrelevant in your opinion.
