Establishing a management and control base for the company’s projects and assigning tasks to each of its field managers, in such a way that enables us to monitor and provide personal service to every client.

Like every other company in the market today, getting projects and particularly large-scale and long-term projects.
What would you recommend to an up-and-coming manager?
Patiance is a virtue, do not get discouraged when things don’t go to plan. Proper and organized management of important work procedures and the project’s timelines is key. Make sure to reach out and connect with the customer. Maintain full credibility and transparency with your client throughout the way.
What should one remember during hardships?
With the proper management everything works out eventually, even if it doesn’t seem that way, trust the process. And the most important thing is customer satisfaction that is not always the direct result of budgets and schedules.
