Professional work for project management according to organized international methodology while integrating a quality, experienced work force with high service awareness and excellent personal relations.

What are the main measures carried out recently that will lead to the strengthening of the company in the coming years?

In recent years, the company has strengthened and improved its project management capability according to international methodology for management, and monitoring and control of projects. This ability proves itself in projects that the company has managed in recent years and creates a significant advantage for customers.

The company has also entered other areas of involvement as part of the PMI range of services such as quality assurance control assurance and PMO services.

What are the main challenges facing the company in the coming years?

The main challenge is to jump up a technological level that will put the company in the forefront of management companies from the point of view of management platforms supporting the overall services that are provided.

What advice would you offer a young manager who is starting out?

To maintain modesty; to know how to listen and to learn from the experience of others; not to be afraid to ask questions; and to know how to say positive things to your staff when required.

What is important to remember in difficult times?

It is very important to keep matters in proportion – you must be grateful for what you have and not always look at what you haven't got. Failures along the way are part of life and it is important to know how to draw lessons from them and to grow and strive to be in a better place.
