At the head of the company stands founder and owner Haim Bartov, an attorney, who brings decades of experience and legal, planning, and strategic expertise that form the backbone of the company’s entire activity. In addition to managing ProperTeam, Bartov also owns the real estate brokerage and property management firm “Bar Properties,” which manages all client-owned built properties, including rentals and sales.
