Established in 2021, RTMI holds an broad lending license from the Israel Securities Authority, Insurance, and Savings Authority and approval from the Accountant General in the Ministry of Finance to provide non-banking guarantees for government tenders/general treasury tenders, positioning RTMI as an alternative to banks. RTMI is a subsidiary of the international IT company - Segment Information Technologies

RTMI was founded by Stav Shacham and Chen Shacham, owners of the intenational IT company; Segment Information Technologies. Segment was Founded in 2000 and specializes in supplier portal solutions and B2B systems for managing supply chain and financial processes of major procurement entities in the economy.
Over the years, Segment received repeated requests expressing credit needs from suppliers using the company’s systems, firmly exposing the need for a new and modern financing platform in the non-banking credit sector, leading to the establishment of RTMI.

Stav Shacham is a certified accountant and a major (res.) in Unit 8200. He has served as the owner of the Hapoel Kfar Saba football club and was also a panel member in the first season of the TV show “The Sharks” on Channel 12.
Chen Shacham is a major (res.) in Unit 8200 and is one of the founders of Segment. Since its inception, he has been leading the company’s technology and R&D activities.
