The firm represents significant commercial clients (large public and private companies) including companies and commercial entities from the fields of construction and infrastructure, sewage treatment facilities, development projects, commercial and residential projects. The firm was established by Adv. Eyal Raz in 1999 who in 2004 merged with adv. Yaron Veber and Ronen Azouri.

Shopping Mall in Cyprus - Representation of an Israeli real estate developer in a transaction to initiate the establishment of a shopping mall in Cyprus, beginning with the drafting of a set of agreements between the entrepreneurial partners, the purchase of the land for construction, through the actual construction of the mall (including the signing of agreements with local contractors) and the financing agreements with the banking system, and ending with the negotiation and drafting of over 120 tenancy agreements, including with the largest fashion and food retail chains in the world, for example, Zara, Marks and Spencer, Adidas, McDonalds, etc. The legal assistance also continued throughout the operation phase of the mall since 2009 until the sale of the mall (the firm represented the Sellers of the Mall) in 2022 to other Israeli entrepreneurs.

Class Action on Behalf of Tens of Thousands of Engineers in the Civil Service - The firm represented tens of thousands of engineers in a class action against the state, due to the sale of holdings of the engineers’ investment fund to the Menorah Mitvathim company. Originally, the state took the profits of the sale to itself, but following the lawsuit, the engineers recovered all the profits from the sale in the amount of over NIS 20 million.

Legal Dispute Regarding the Results of a Tender for the Installation of Water Meters - The firm represented a large company in the field of water infrastructure in consolidated lawsuits filed in connection with its winning a tender worth over NIS 70 million for the installation of water meters. It was alleged in the lawsuits that the winning of the company should be canceled. Following the firm’s representation, the court rejected the lawsuits and left the client’s winning intact. Following a long discussion in the Supreme Court, appeals filed in this matter by the plaintiffs were also removed.

Sale of Real Estate in the Izrael Valley - Representation of real estate owners in the transaction for the sale of real estate in the Izrael Valley in an amount exceeding NIS 100 million.

Eyal Raz, Adv. - Adv. Raz has been practicing litigation and commercial law for 29 years. Adv. Raz has vast experience in representing private entities and public and private companies from Israel and abroad in complex legal disputes conducted in all the various instances, mainly in the field of commerce, tenders, real estate and banking. Adv. Raz provides legal advice in various commercial transactions in Israel and abroad (including in the USA, India, China, Eastern Europe and Cyprus), including the purchase of companies, the establishment of ventures and partnerships, sale agreements and agreements for the provision of various services. Adv. Raz provides ongoing legal advice to corporations and private entities in Israel and abroad and is a member of the Property and Real Estate Forum of the Bar Association. Adv. Raz is a major in the IDF reserves, holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Essex in England, is fluent in English, and is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1994.

Yaron Veber, Adv. - Adv. Veber has been practicing litigation and commercial law for 25 years. Adv. Ronen Azouri, Adv. - Adv. Azouri has been practicing real estate and commercial law for 27 years. Adv. Azouri handles a wide variety of real estate transactions, including large and complex combination transactions, purchase groups, projects in the field of urban renewal, lease and rental transactions, development agreements, credit agreements and financial assistance, representation of housing companies and handling registration of condominiums, registration of public housing as well as real estate registration including registration of parcels. Adv.
