Continued growth and increasing the staff size in the office, while strictly maintaining professionalism on the one hand, and the family atmosphere of the office on the other hand.

There is no room for despair and there is no benefit in doing so. One must always gather strength, update goals as necessary and continue striving to achieve them. From every difficulty, we emerge stronger.
