Founded in 1964, the Resido Group, is one of Israel’s oldest real estate, infrastructure, and engineering groups. Its story has been written in cement, asphalt, and concrete for over 60 years across the country. Resido Group is one of the longest-standing and most experienced companies in Israel across all segments of real estate and infrastructure, based on its know-how, experience, and excellence that have been accumulated in a various projects. The group’s areas of operations include residential development, urban renewal, development, and management of yielding properties, engineering supervision, planning, management, and execution of infrastructure. Since its establishment, the group has developed, built and populated about 10,000 residential units, 200,000 sqm. of offices, commercial centers, industrial facilities, and public buildings, planned and developed about 100 urban infrastructure projects, etc. Currently, the group’s urban renewal division, Landco, is promoting the planning and construction of urban renewal projects with about 2,000 residential units across Israel. ATZOM Ltd. - Has been building, managing, and operating the Ayalon Sewage Treatment Facility since 2003. It serves about 500,000 residents in the Shfela area.

Residential, Yielding Properties and Urban Renewal
Tzur Shalom Complex, Kiryat Bialik, Yoseftal; Frishman; Maymon; Jabotinsky - Replacing 176 old apartments by 970 new apartments, public, employment, commerce buildings, in a reconstruction deal with cooperation with Prashkovsky Group.
Mitzpe Beit Shemesh and the Lev HaRama Project, Beit Shemesh - Building the Ramat Beit Shemesh B neighborhood with about 2,000 apartments and unique commercial center, customized for the ultra-orthodox community, with 16,000 sq.m. of commercial and office areas.
Development and Construction of Green Rothstein, Be’er Ya’acov - Building about 1,000 apartments in towers and 64 private houses, in cooperation with Rothstein Real Estate Ltd. The Cyprus Camps Project, Lod: Building 94 apartments in two buildings and a commercial complex, in cooperation with Shitrit Holdings Ltd.
Resido C, Ashdod - A mix-use project in the main business district, with two residential towers, 112 apartments, an assisted living complex, an office tower, and the Ashdod C-Mall with 14,000 sq.m. of commercial areas.
Infrastructures, Engineering and Planning, Engineering Supervision and Management
Sewage Treatment Facility – Ayalon - Atzom planned, built and operates the Ayalon Sewage Treatment Facility, which serves about half a million residents from Modi’in, Ramla, Lod, etc.
Management and Supervision of Urban Development Infrastructures in Lod - Including transportation, water, drainage, etc., for the ILA.
Engineering Supervision, Management and Planning in Rishon LeZion - Provision of services for the municipality in a variety of projects: public institutions, mix-use complexes, affordable housing, and more.
Engineering Supervision, Management, and Planning and Execution in the Development of Urban Infrastructures in Be’er Ya’acov - For the new neighborhood and residential complexes in Be’er Ya’acov, with over 8,500 apartments.
