What significant initiative have you led recently? The significant initiative I have led is expanding Landco's urban renewal activities and advancing evacuation-reconstruction projects across Israel, with a focus on peripheral regions and a commitment to developing the country.
This work requires aligning planning, financial feasibility, and agreements with apartment owners, while coordinating with local authorities and professional teams. My focus is on identifying the obstacles holding each project back and coordinating the efforts needed to move it forward, while maintaining direct and transparent communication with property owners throughout the process.

What do you consider to be the company's key strengths?
Landco's key strength is its ability to provide comprehensive solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle — from land acquisition and planning through infrastructure and business considerations to execution. The combination of our development experience and the engineering expertise and capabilities of the Resido Group enables us to operate as a one-stop shop, bringing complementary disciplines together under one roof.
This is further supported by a professional team and direct communication with apartment owners, allowing us to understand their needs, address project complexities, and advance each project with a comprehensive perspective.

What are the company's main challenges in the coming years?
Our main challenge in the coming years is advancing urban renewal projects while balancing apartment owners' needs, planning policies, and economic feasibility. These are lengthy processes that require building consensus, working with planning authorities, and addressing changes in construction costs and financing conditions.
Our goal is to minimize uncertainty as early as possible through a thorough assessment of each complex and planning tailored to its specific conditions. At the same time, we will continue expanding the company's activities while maintaining high management standards, personal relationships with apartment owners, and the ability to honor our commitments throughout the process.

What advice would you give to a manager at the beginning of their career?
Learn the field thoroughly, listen to people, and stay involved in the details. It is important to build a team you can rely on and empower its members with responsibility, while ensuring clear decision-making by management. In urban renewal, negotiation skills are essential, but so is understanding the concerns behind the negotiations. Every urban renewal project involves people, and building trust is a key part of successfully advancing a deal.

What is important to remember during difficult times?
“Life is a Ferris wheel, and greatness lies in staying on it.”
In urban renewal, even when a project is delayed, our responsibility remains: to stay calm, provide the team with clear direction, advance solutions, and maintain honest, ongoing communication with apartment owners. It is precisely during difficult times that leadership and the ability to preserve trust are truly tested.
