Ronen Adini has 30 years of experience in law, especially in commercial and securities litigation, banking, class actions, and derivative claims. He has extensive experience in public offerings by public companies (IPO) and complex deals. He has published numerous articles regarding securities and companies law and is a sought-after commentator by the financial media.

Ronen Adini acts as a reserves military judge and is a member of the Israel Bar’s national disciplinary court.

He acts as an arbitrator in business disputes as part of the Israel Institute of Arbitrators and by appointment of the Israel Bar.

He represents clients in class action suits and derivative claims and cases involving shareholders’ rights in traded companies and claims regarding portfolio management, securities, and banking.

Ronen Adini also represents those accused of securities offenses.
