Omer specializes in real estate and financial business development. In the past he was a partner and manager of many large-scale debt and capital raising processes for real estate, infrastructures, and energy activities in Israel and abroad.
Omer, who is a CPA, was Ruby Capital’s first employee and today oversees the company’s business development, including establishing business and financial strategies and their execution.
Omer was formally City People’s CFO, as well as BDO’s financial analyst and project manager.
