Sani Group specializes in developing residential projects in urban centers both locally and globally, including urban renewal projects. The company and the subsidiaries are active in many types of construction development projects, including land acquisition, Tama 38, asset-swap (“combination/JV”) transactions, and management of purchasing groups. Thanks to this vast experience in building in international standards and their deep familiarity with Tel Aviv Amsel and Hasid manage to create projects that integrate urbanism, innovation and high NYC standards with an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market and the needs of the Israeli clientele.

The Founders Team

Adv. Amir Hasid, Founder and Owner: Amir specializes in the execution of complex projects, and is responsible for locating properties that have potential, creating unique business models and initiating and leading the deal to its completion. He is considered to be a trailblazer in identifying up and coming areas of the city and is one of the pioneers in the development renaissance of Kerem HaTemanim and Neve Tzedek in Tel-Aviv Amir holds an LL.B. and an M.B.A. from Manchester University in England.
Adv. Nir Amsel, Partner and Founder: Nir is considered a prominent figure in the Israeli real estate market’s investments segment, and is responsible, among other roles, for raising investment capital, including investor relations and support. In light of his vast experience and comprehensive understanding he serves as a real estate pundit in various TV shows, as a guest lecturer in Reichman University in Herzliya, TAU, the Center for Real Estate and more. By education, he holds a B.A., Business Administration and an LL.B. from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya).

101 Rothschild Boulevard, Tel Aviv: in Tel-Aviv’s best location, A unique landmark building is being built in the historical Max Klein House on Rothschild Av. The building would undergo a comprehensive conservation process that would turn it to the first building in Israel aspiring to receive the international health standard mark “WELL”. Three new top stories and a new garden level would be added to this historical building, with a very prestigious finishing level as appropriate to this unique location. The project is characterized by accuracy, ideal planning, and maximal attention to the resident’s needs.
