The Partners

Adv. Ophir Sabari - Adv. Sabari has over 30 years of experience and is a renowned expert in the field of commercial litigation. Adv. Sabari’s reputation precedes him, inter alia, amongst the attorney community, whose senior members constantly recommend Adv. Sabari. Adv. Sabari graduated from Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Law, interned at Dr. J. Weinroth & Co. Law Firm, and was later a lawyer and a partner at Berkman-Wechsler & Co. In 1998 Adv. Sabari founded a law firm which he headed, and as of 2015, founded, alongside Adv. Divon Farkash, the Sabari Farkash & Co. Law Firm.

Adv. Sabari personally provides consultation services to senior figures in the market, in all legal matters pertaining to their operations, has vast experience and knowledge in all the areas of commercial law, and counsels and represents in the most complex, difficult, and challenging cases and disputes in Israel, both “behind the scenes” and before the courts and does so with great success.

Adv. Sabari has been appointed as an arbitrator and mediator in alternative proceedings in complex disputes between leading entities in the market and was previously appointed as a director in public and private companies.

Adv. Divon Farkash - Adv. Farkash holds an LL.B. and LL.M. (specializing in Commercial Law) both magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University. During his studies, Adv. Farkash worked as an intern for Judge Hila Gerstel (Ret.), was an editorial member of the legal magazine “Law Review” published by Tel Aviv University and participated in the criminal justice clinic, headed by Prof. Kenneth Mann and Judge Itai Hermlin. Before joining Adv. Sabari, Adv. Farkash worked for several years in the litigation department of Ron Berkman & Co. Law Firm, first as an intern and later as a lawyer, handling complex high-profile cases.

Adv. Farkash specializes in commercial litigation, corporate law, takeover disputes, dissolution of partnerships, international private law, privacy law, libel, nonprofit organizations, class actions and derivative suits, banking, capital markets, real estate, inheritance, and estates, and is renowned for his professional excellence. Adv. Shira Markovitz-Bukai - Adv. Markovitz-Bukai holds a Bachelor of Laws degree LL.B. from Bar-Ilan University. Adv. Markovitz-Bukai joined Sabari Farkash & Co. in 2015, following an internship and then working as a lawyer at Gluzman & Co. law firm. Adv. Markovitz-Bukai specializes in civil and commercial litigation, and represents in a wide range of complex cases and disputes, including corporate law, contracts law, real estate, international private law, trademarks, tenders, and disputes related to the contracting and construction industry, etc. Adv. Markovitz-Bukai handles international clientele and represents in courts, arbitrations, and mediations. Adv. Markovitz-Bukai is a first-tier jurist who provides personal and dedicated service. Adv. Markovitz-Bukai speaks English and French.

Adv. Bat-El Cohen Lukatski - Adv. Cohen Lukatski is a graduate of Bar Ilan University, holding both LL.B. and LL.M. degrees. Specializing in commercial litigation, Adv. Cohen Lukatski expertly handles large-scale complex cases across diverse areas including contract law, corporate law, building and contracting industry disputes, and class action lawsuits.

Having interned with the firm and practiced as an attorney since his 2018 bar admission, Attorney Levi specializes in commercial litigation across diverse sectors including contract law, corporate law, banking, and real estate.

In recent years, Adv. Levi has gained extensive experience in real estate law, including in Judea and Samaria with its unique and complex legal system.
