What recent key move did you lead?
Representation of tenants in dozens of pinui-binui projects nationwide, as tenant appraisers. We consider our role to be of significant importance for the tenants: maximizing their return during negotiations with the contractor, receiving proper rent for the project’s entire duration, and dividing profits between the parties on the day of the committee's decision / when building permits are granted. This move was taken after many years of activity and financial accompaniment for all the Israeli financing entities as bank and non-bank appraisers, an activity in which we have gained extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate world in general, and specifically in the field of urban renewal.

What are the company’s strongest attributes?
Synergy in areas of operation, alongside the highest levels of expertise.
The company is involved in hundreds of real estate projects both in the field of urban renewal as tenant appraisers and as one of a limited group of appraisers for financial entities - banks, insurance companies, funds, etc. One of the company’s most significant strengths is the vast knowledge both in terms of development and in terms of urban renewal, such knowledge that allows the firm to provide a professional response to the financing entities, but mainly allows it to ensure optimizing the returns for tenants in pinui-binui projects.

Since we provide a response not only to business clients but for apartment owners as well, for whom this may be the first time they encounter such a situation, then the services and availability offered by the firm's managers and its employees are of the highest level, and constitute a significant strength.

Which of the company’s recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?
The firm specializes in and leads the field of urban renewal in Israel alongside activity and financial support for financing entities. Synchronization of the two areas and the overall view of all the market’s players (representatives, financing entities, consultants - lawyers, supervisors, etc.), will lead to the strengthening of the company in the years to come.

What are the main challenges facing the company in the next few years?
To continue to be one of the top 3 firms leading the urban renewal market in Israel, along with reputed and professional activities of commercial appraisers for all local financing entities.

What would you recommend to an up-and-coming executive?
Hard work and long-term planning. Don’t aspire to do it all but rather be the best at what you do. The stories one hears about easy successes are mainly what they are – just stories. If you wish to be successful – do the work, go into the finest details, know your data, and be sure that the guidelines you presented are carried like you have asked. But, most importantly, love what you do otherwise you may not be in the right place.

What should one remember during hardships?
No such thing as just succeeding, failure and hardships are sure to come by. However, try to leave those for things you can’t control, what you can control – be on top of, and work hard. Furthermore, one should remember that what seems like a failure today may not look the same a year from now, so embrace the failures, learn from them, and improve over time.
