Aviv Gittelman and Shauli Gittelman. “Sadot Gittelman” was established as a merger of 2 real estate companies “Sadot Development and Urban Renewal” and s. gittelmanInvestments and Real Estate Development, after the 2 companies cooperated for years in the joint initiation of over 20 projects in Petah Tikva, Rishon Lezion, Or - Yehuda, Tel Aviv, and Holon.

“Already at the beginning of the journey, we realized that the cooperation between us provides the apartment owners with security and stability throughout the entire process until receiving the new apartment. The owners of the apartments meet us - the owners of the company even before signing the agreement, during the various stages of planning, and also during the execution until receiving the key to the new apartment. The Owners of the Company

Nir Avrahami, Owner-Partner, leads the field of engineering and execution in the company. Lieutenant Colonel in reserve, he is a civil engineer and holds a bachelor’s degree in law. Fourth generation of a family of contractors and, among other things, the owner of the “Nir Avrahami Building and Development” company for over 30 years.

Adv. Aviv Gittelman, Owner-Partner, leads the business development and commercial and legal areas of the company. Has a bachelor’s degree in law and has been a certified attorney for over 20 years. In the past, he owned a law firm that specialized in the fields of commerce and real estate.

Shauli Gittelman, Owner-Partner, leads the field of planning and licensing as well as the management of the company’s headquarters. Major in the navy (3rd fllutila), holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and government and a master’s degree in real estate finance and is also qualified to manage construction projects.

26 Kaminska Tel Aviv - Delivered - Project NOP 38/1 within the framework of which the company added 13 new housing units to the existing 16.

23 Sapir Petah Tikva - Delivered - Project NOP 38/2 in which an old building was demolished and a new building was built with 19 new units and a parking basement.

3-5 Arnon Rishon Lezion - Delivered - NOP project 38/1 within the framework of which the company is adding 23 new housing units to the existing 32 housing units.

20-24 Anilevich Rishon Lezion - in execution and marketing - Two buildings in which the company performs NOP 38/1. In Anilevich 20, the company adds 11 new housing units to 16 existing ones, and in Anilevich 24, 12 new housing units to 16 existing ones.

31-33 Binyamin Mintz Petah Tikva - in execution and marketing - Project NOP 38/1 within the framework of which the company is adding 27 new apartments to 36 existing apartments.

1-2 Arnon Rishon Lezion - Permit received under conditions - Two buildings in which the company performs NOP 38/1. Within the framework of which the company adds 23 new housing units to 32 existing ones.

16, 26, 41, 49 Anilevich Rishon Lezion - Four buildings in which the company will carry out NOP 38/1. In each building, the company adds 12 new housing units to the existing 16.

Sapir Complex Petah Tikva - 2 buildings where the company performs NOP 38/2. Demolition of 23 old housing units and construction of 72 new housing units.

Harav Maimon Complex Holon - 2 buildings will be demolished and in their place will be built a new building of about 12 floors and about 75 housing units with basement parking based on plan H-619.

Jabotinsky Complex Petah Tikva - As part of the project being carried out, 24 housing units will be vacated and two new buildings will be built with approximately 72 housing units and an underground parking lot.

Tsirelson Complex Petah Tikva - As part of the project, 4 old buildings with about 35 housing units will be demolished and in their place will be built 4 new buildings with about 115 housing units and an underground parking lot. HaRotem-Hatzav Complex - Or Yehuda - A Pinuy Binuy project, where about 80 housing units will be vacated and 3 luxury residential towers with over 300 housing units will be constructed.

HaShikma Complex -Or-Yehuda - A Pinuy Binuy project, where about 90 housing units will be vacated and 3 luxury residential towers with over 350 housing units will be constructed.

Anilevitch Complex Rishon LeZion - A Pinuy Binuy project, where about 70 housing units will be vacated and over 200 housing units will be constructed.

Beit HaDfus Complex on Ichilov St. in Petah Tikva- A demolition project, where shops and about 90 housing units will be vacated and demolished, and about 300 housing units and commerce spaces will be constructed.
