About Sadot-Gittelman Entrepreneurship and Urban Renewal Ltd.

Sadot-Gittelman Entrepreneurship and Urban Renewal Ltd. is a dynamic and creative entrepreneurial company, operating in the field of initiating and executing residential and commercial real estate projects in the center of the country, with expertise in initiating and executing urban renewal projects. “We consider urban renewal our mission and social responsibility,” say the owners of the real estate enterprise company Sadot-Gittelman Entrepreneurship and Urban Renewal Ltd. - Nir Avrahami, Adv. Aviv Gittelman, and Shauli Gittelman.
“We bring with us a unique connection between excellent planning and execution capabilities, financial resilience, and proven on-site experience to urban renewal projects – all of which are wrapped with constant and direct communications with the asset owners – who we consider as family. As a company that sets the family aspect as one of its main objectives, we, the company’s owners, personally meet with the asset owners ourselves from the very first conference. We speak with them and remain attentive throughout the process and beyond. For this reason, we decided our slogan will be ‘all the way to your new home and beyond’.” Says Adv. Aviv Gittelman, a Shareholder and Co-CEO responsible for the company’s commerce and law fields. “This system has already proven affective in dozens of projects, for both strengthening and Pinui-Binui projects. As of today, the company completed more than 150 apartments, about 200 apartments are under construction, and about 2,000 additional apartments are in various planning and licensing stages with much more to be seen,” says Nir Avrahami, Shareholder, Co-CEO, and the Head of the company’s engineering and execution field. “The quality of life of the old and new asset owners is always a primary concern. As a guideline, we operate to guarantee that every project will include many green and public areas,” says Shauli Gittelman, Shareholder and Co-CEO, who heads the company’s planning areas and its headquarter activities.

Our Motto

“As a leading development company, we must understand the magnitude of our responsibility as soon as the asset owners place their trust in us. From this moment on, the burden of proof is on us, and we must operate seriously, transparently, with availability and reliability until the moment they receive the keys to their new home and beyond,” says Shauli Gittelman. We initiate and manage every step of the project from legal negotiations, through planning and licensing, to marketing and population. We maintain a constant connection with the owners throughout the project with personal attention and involvement of all employees, including its owners. This is an ability that not many companies in this field have.” “The urban renewal field is very complex, subjected to changes, and requires expertise and determination to face all the obstacles along the way. Every project entails countless issues that require a solution - this is a field for strong and stable people. We believe in determination, creativity, and patience.” Adds Nir Avrahami, who also manages 'Nir Avrahami Construction and Development', which serves as Sadot Gittelman’s execution arm.

Financial Stability

At 'Sadot Gittelman' we recognize that financial resilience and strength are the keys to our growth. Therefore, the company’s projects are all accompanied by leading funding entities, which provide peace of mind and assurance to all parties and enable the project’s success. “In recent years we have made a significant leap forward in the scope of our activities, the capital needs have increased significantly and therefore it is important for us to work with the leading funding entities in this field - those that will allow us to work peacefully. Together we can carry the project to the finish line,” explains Adv. Aviv Gittelman. “Fortunately, we enjoy the full trust from these entities - banks, foundations, and insurance companies - thanks to our systematic, professional, and transparent way of working," adds Nir Avrahami.
