Developing the civil-commercial department of the firm, and empowering its employees.

The ability to “tailor the legal suit” for the client’s needs and attributes, from the understanding that the firm must provide a solution for every legal problem and issue that the client is facing.
Which recent major moves would strengthen the company over the next few years?
The establishment and building of the firm’s Jerusalem branch, and development of business relationships with new client segments and populations.
What would be the company’s main challenges in the next few years?
Developing the civil-commercial departments, expanding the exisiting knowledge discplines and legal practice areas. .
What would you recommend a manager at the beginning of their path?
Uncompromising diligence and compromising realpolitik.
What should one remember also in difficult periods?
During difficult periods, one should return to the core principles – goal definition, deepening the marketing and supporting the human resources and the excellence.
