What is the most significant initiative you have led recently?
Expanding the SeatPick team and integrating AI tools into our workflows, with a focus on recruiting employees with complementary skills and implementing tools that reduce routine tasks, support data-driven decision-making and free up time for higher-value work.

The goal is to build the human and technological infrastructure that will support the company’s long-term growth.

What do you see as the company’s key strengths?
For me, our strength begins with our people. We focus on building a strong team of kind, creative, intelligent and competitive people who are willing to work hard and help one another succeed. This is the DNA we cultivate within the company, and it forms the foundation for combining our deep understanding of the ticketing market with our technological capabilities.

The fan experience guides our decisions, from product design to the values that shape the company. The complementary relationship between the business and technology sides enables us to identify real-world needs and translate them into a simple and personal experience.

We are building smart systems that will enable the product to grow on a global scale while maintaining adaptation to each market and preserving the unique experience of every fan.

What recent initiatives will contribute to the company’s growth in the coming years?
Recently, we have focused on expanding SeatPick into new markets and additional event categories, while strengthening both the team and our technological infrastructure.

These initiatives are driven by a customer-first approach: we begin with the needs of fans and work to reduce friction at every stage, from the company’s internal operational processes to ticket search and purchase.

A major part of this investment is building smart systems and integrating automation and AI tools, enabling us to support growing volumes of activity and offer a personalized experience for every fan and every market.

In my view, the ability to combine global growth with attention to local and individual needs is an advantage that differentiates us and will strengthen the company in the years ahead.

What are the company’s main challenges in the coming years?
Our main challenge is to continue expanding into new markets and areas of activity while preserving the speed, flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit of a startup.

As the company grows, we want to continue making decisions quickly, experimenting and translating fans’ needs into product improvements without adding unnecessary complexity and friction.

To achieve this, we are building systems that support growth and combining automation and artificial intelligence with the experience, creativity and judgment of our team. The challenge is also to adapt the way we work to a changing reality: continuously reassessing processes, learning new tools and giving every team member responsibility and the ability to make an impact.

The goal is to expand our activity and serve more fans while maintaining a focused, high-quality team and a simple, personal experience in every market in which we operate.

What advice would you give to a manager at the beginning of their career?
Stay close to your customers and your market, understand how their needs are changing and make sure you are solving a problem with clear value. Set an ambitious goal beyond what you think is possible and continuously examine what actually works.

At the same time, build a team with complementary capabilities that understands the company’s mission and is given the trust and independence to make decisions. Define the team’s DNA and protect it without compromise, even under pressure to grow. Your team and the company’s values will determine your success.

What is important to remember during difficult times?
My experience has taught me that real companies are built precisely during difficult periods. If you have decided to embark on the journey, do not give up when the road becomes complicated.

Protect the people around you, maintain discipline and remain willing to learn and change direction when necessary. Perseverance does not mean sticking to the same path. It means continuing to find a way forward.

And during the difficult moments, remind yourself that this is part of the journey you chose. Take a breath, believe in yourself and your team, and keep fighting to come out of it stronger.
