Adv. Shai Partush is highly experienced in the fields of real estate, urban renewal and planning and zoning. Under his leadership, the firm is currently representing about 10,000 apartment owners in 300 separate urban renewal projects in the Pinui-Binui, Tama 38/1 and Tama 38/2 channels in central and peripheral Israel. Adv. Partush has a special connection to the city of Petach Tikva where he was born and raised, and several major project that the firm accompanies are located in the neighborhood of Lev HaMoshava in this city. By education he has an LL.B., graduated with honors from a mediation course in the She’arei Mishpat College, and he also holds an M.B.A. and is studying for an LL.M. in the Ono Academic College and for becoming a certified appraiser. In addition, he is a certified arbitrator and mediator. Alongside his ongoing professional practice, Adv. Partush is a top athlete who participated in dozens of marathons and successfully completed four Iron Man competitions.
