Where Real Estate Excellence is a Family Tradition
Shami Group was founded in 1958 by contractor Chaim Shami and his wife Evelin. Over the years, their sons Yehoram and Lior joined the Group, gaining three decades of invaluable knowledge and hands-on experience that covered every aspect of the Group’s core activities: working on building sites, customer management, and guiding project development from planning to construction. Today, Yehoram and Lior Shami are co-owners and CEOs of Shami Group, managing all of its projects with the greatest care in order to ensure full compliance with all commitments throughout the planning and construction processes. Yehoram Shami also serves as a board member and chairman of the Municipal Committee within the Petah Tikva Contractors Organization, and is active in the Israel Builders Association.

3,000 New Residences Coming to Israel’s Most In-Demand Regions
Since 1958, Shami Group has built an exemplary reputation based on an impressive portfolio of many projects, including some 2,500 apartments, that have been designed, built, and delivered with great success. Currently, the Group is planning dozens of projects in Central Israel’s most in-demand areas, such as Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Petah Tikva, Kiryat Ono, Ramat HaSharon, and Hod HaSharon. Together, these projects will comprise approximately 3,000 residential units.

Selected Projects
27-29 Ben-Gurion Street, Kfar Ganim C, Petah Tikva – Combination transaction. Shami Group has constructed 64 new apartments in two buildings. The especially large, spacious apartments have extra-wide 20 sqm sun balconies. Status: Completed and delivered.
3 HaOren Street, Ramat HaSharon – Combination transaction. Shami Group is now establishing a 7-story boutique building with 28 apartments. Status: Under construction.
HaRakefet Towers, Levi Eshkol Blvd., Kiryat Ono – Large-scale Vacate & Build project. Shami Group will construct 550 new apartments in several luxury towers, in collaboration with Africa Urban Renewal. Status: Planning stage.
HaAchim Bahar Street, Neve Gan, Petah Tikva – Vacate & Build project. Shami Group will establish 220 new apartments across three 10-story buildings and a 24-story tower. Status: Planning stage.
Ein Hai Complex, Hod HaSharon – Construction of a 36-story tower consisting of 32 residential floors, 2 office levels, and a ground-floor commercial level. Status: Planning stage.
