Shorashim is a leading property development and construction group with many years of experience in the development and execution of residential projects, profitable real estate and urban renewal projects. Active since 1994, the Shorashim group brings together the Israeli real estate industry’s best minds and talents and has supported dozens of projects. Urban Renewal
The Entrepreneurial Division of Shorashim is active in getting city plan approval for expanded residential and commercial buildings on the group’s holding properties, such as the Leumit building in Tiberias, an office building in Ra’anana, two luxury villa complexes in Netanya, and a residential building in Tiberias. Recently, the Shorashim Group entered the urban renewal field with the goal of bringing this field to the next level in terms of planning, quality, technology, innovation, standard of execution and specifications. As of today, the group is promoting 15 National Outline Plan 38 (TAMA 38) and Vacate and Build (Pinuy Binuy) projects in various stages, mostly in Holon, Netanya, Hod HaSharon, Rishon LeZion, and Givatayim.

Shorashim Group is owned by five partners who have extensive experience in real estate development, construction, engineering, and finance:
• Ralph Hirschfeld (CFO and Chairman of the Board) – manages the group’s finances, leveraging his 30 plus years’ experience in finance and business management.
• Dan Saltzman (Vice Chairman of the Board) - represents the MADLS Real Estate Investment Fund, which provides the group with solid financial backing.
• Daniel Moskovitz (CEO) - creates and executes strategic plans that align with the organization’s goals and objectives, including researching the real-estate market, analyzing industry trends, and identifying new business prospects.
• Adir Alfasi (VP and Engineer) - leads the field of urban renewal.
• Assaf Maimon (VP and Engineer) - oversees execution, construction and engineering.

As mentioned, Shorashim is committed to the goal of advancing Israel’s urban renewal field to the next level. For this purpose, it has developed several innovative models that emphasize quality and precision in construction along with cooperation and community:
One-Stop-Shop for Initiation, Development and Execution – With it’s top-class professionals, Shorashim offers a one-stop-shop for project development and execution. Clients receive comprehensive service throughout the project lifecycle, from development to execution to completion, through the inspection process, to handover of keys.
A Community Coordinator for each Project - Shorashim employs a community coordinator for each Pinuy Binuy project, for the benefit of the homeowners. The coordinator is local to the cities in which the project is taking place. The coordinator’s primary role is to be the liaison with the homeowners, to provide them with excellent service and to manage approval processes, engineering and architectural planning processes, and so on. Shorashim’s community coordinators have been working with government agencies for many years, which allows Shorashim to speed up bureaucratic processes, obtain demolition permits in record time, and provide homeowners with bank guarantees.
Zero Cost to Homeowners - Shorashim covers all the expenses involved in the urban renewal process, including the fees of consultants (such as attorneys, appraisers, and inspectors), transportation costs, and rental for alternative accommodation during the construction period. Shorashim also provides flexible alternative options for senior citizens, based on their needs.
Two-Year Inspection and Warranty - Shorashim provides homeowners with experienced inspection teams that respond to any fault promptly and professionally. In addition, the company provides a warranty and inspection on the new apartment for a period of two years - more than any other company provides.
Shorashim Club - Shorashim has established a dedicated consumer club with the goal of leveraging the purchasing power of the homeowners in its various projects.
